PHYSICAL SURVEILLANCE

You’re going to be able to greatly minimize your exposure to physical surveillance by following most of the recommendations in this book; however, this is a frequently changing environment, so you will have to be diligent and adapt. I didn’t say be paranoid or run for your life, just be aware of surveillance that is undertaken around your daily activities and be pro-active about taking steps to minimize or eliminate (defeat) that surveillance.

I have seen lasers used to “dazzle” security cameras before but they normally use visible light and need pinpoint accuracy to be effective.
